Beau Paton Joins Varsity Leadership As Assistant Captain

Regis Jesuit High School head hockey coach, Terry Ott, is excited to announce the appointment of Beau Paton to the 2026 – 2027 leadership group as an assistant captain for the varsity hockey team.

Beau will be entering his senior year at Regis Jesuit High School, which will be his third season as a member of the varsity team. Paton led the varsity team in goals, points and plus/minus as a junior last season. 

Beau values the “UNCOMMON” pursuit of personal and educational excellence. His achievements on the ice and in the classroom along with his passion for our program and his teammates are an example for all of us to follow,” Ott said. 

Last season Paton competed in fifty-four (54) games, scoring forty-one (41) goals and passing his way to twenty-six (26) assists. He was named to the CHSAA 5A League 2 – 2nd Team, the CHSAA 5A All-Academic Team – Honorable Mention, the All-Aurora Ice Hockey - 1st Team, the Colorado Preps All-State Team – Honorable Mention and earned his way as a member of Team Colorado at the CCM / NIT Showcase in Minnesota.
